Fear is in the air. Innovation culture is rapidly deteriorating. Lots of smart employees are leaving or planning to leave within the next month. Qualcomm underestimated the number of engineers leaving for other tech companies and the bureaucrat senior level directors who survived are simply followers versus leaders. Right now, its not an attractive place for new, young technically savvy employees who would rather find a company that has a strong future vision.
