This is a great place to learn a lot. Even on the help desk, you're given a lot of leeway to work with a huge range of technologies, much more than on similar helpdesks.
Kontras
Flip side of learning opportunities is that there is very little support. Asking questions, whether technical or procedural, is as likely to result in management yelling at you as getting an answer. If you come across something really challenging, and take it on, you are more likely to get screamed at for taking time than thanked for resolving an issue.
