You are Forged in the Fires of chaos and rage. There will be love and hate, words of wisdom and belittlement you will learn to respect and fear the Q. If you manage to survive this you will rise like a phoenix from the ashes of your own stupidity. But really this was a great place to work. This job will teach you as fast you can learn. This isnt a hand holding coddling type of job which was a pro for me. But if you can stand the heat your going find some good cooks in this kitchen. Ah the cons If you cant take being yelled at then this job isnt for you. Some people may call this unprofessional behavior but in this industry trial by constant fire is a solid method for keeping your staff sharp albeit a little on edge. You make a mistake and you will be belittled for it. The work to life ratio is bit unforgiving and the on call shifts are something between Chinese water drop torture and being punched in the stomach by mike tyson. Also certain lower management staff are not knowledgeable in IT which is frustrating when having to explain your procedures over and over again. Which is the only reason i would rate this 4 star over 5. But, that being said i can understand why some people would find this place unacceptable.
