No perks besides benefits, discount, and sometimes a tray of dry cookies. Making money is more important than the employees. Very hectic and demanding, particularly at rush times. Senior management is out of touch with employees. There is no reason for worker loyalty, no benefits or rewards past 15 years of service. Vacation time has been eliminated in favor of PTO, meaning when you leave you do not get paid for unused vacation.
