Autonomy to define processes and standards as you see fit - There is enough revenue where the company is not scrambling to make ends meet - With offices in North America and India, it is very rare to be woken up in the middle of the night for production issues - Passionate, intelligent, and driven engineering team

- The company has sold custom solutions (versus an actual product) to many clients. This makes building and maintaining these custom solutions difficult and complicated - A small number of clients make up the bulk of the company's revenue

Pros

Good pay and company paid benefits but leadership/owners do not know what they are doing with a software company.

Kontras

Software had been stagnant for many years and needs updating. Unexpected layoffs and reorganization. Realized their mistakes in letting go of the employees that kept everything running and tried to get some employees back. Poor decision making.
