Lack of processes, team building and internal meetings, despite the members of the team asked for follow up meetings several times. Big missalignment between members of the same team. Repetitive tasks need to be done due to that missalignment. Associate doesn't have the opportunity to make a difference. All this has an impact in the client at the end.
