This is a rapidly growing company with so many opportunities. At Q1, you are able to really get to know the life science industry by networking with some of the top executives as well as research some current hot topics of what going on in that industry. The location is amazing! There are several places to go either during lunch or for happy hour. The work environment is phenomenal! Everyone is super friendly and outgoing. There is a great team structure and a lot of drive to keep the company growing. The management is amazing! I was very fortunate to work with one of the best directors I've worked under. There was never any micromanagement or negativity. Management wants you to do your best so you can make as much money as possible. The hours are great. You get out at 4:30 Mon-Thurs and off at 3:30 on Fri. You never have to worry about being off for holidays. The PTO is the best I've seen.

I really don't have anything negative to say about Q1. I had a great experience here and met some amazing people. I was able to expand my sales knowledge and grow because my director and the people that work here.
