They listen to your needs and career goals, they get the castings you want them to get, but by FAR the biggest pro, is that they are one of the only agencies I’ve been with that understand and respect that you have a life. They are eager to book you out when you need to and don’t push.

Smaller agency, and that, of course, comes with smaller agency cons. They don’t have the reach that bigger ones do, but it’s evened out with the focus.
