The team’s feedback has actually helped to shape the evolved model and guided our efforts to make sure everyone understands how it works. The overall aim of the evolved compensation structure is certainly not to cut wages but rather reward you for productivity, quality, and commitment to the organization. I encourage you to talk to a Senior Manager, who is equipped with immediate suggestions, such as optimizing case mix, hours, and time spent with clients, to try to improve your compensation.
