1.) The Marketing strategies are very loose ended, the company doesn't invest well outside Punjab. 2.) The people at the top seem to be running the company in the fashion of a Punjabi family business 3.) There are delays in decision making as all the decisions major or minor are taken by the MD 4.) No proper training provided to the staff 5.) As all the functions are performed from the HO, there are delays in each and every small activity 6.) No employee maintenance activities, new employees tend to get frustrated very easily 7.) bad incentive strategies 8.) Less than deserving pay
