Medical coverage is very expensive and doesn't cover much at all. Family owned and operated. There are lots of father-son and wife-husband employees. Very few employees are hired based on their skills and no one is paid what they're worth. People with the most tenure get laid off first because the company doesn't want to shell out raises.
