Pros
Flexible scheduling and good work/life balance. Some really talented managers and employees alike. Nice small company perks, such as free lunches and celebrations for important life events (baby showers, birthdays, etc.).

Advancement and training is political and lots of favoritism was shown by management. Not very good at adjusting to their growing size.
