Not even a simple hello. -Very political working environment. Management plays favorites hardcore. - Management would rather spend 1K on decorations than give staff the wages they deserve. - Cannot negotiate whatsoever. - Staff accommodation is nice; but they treat you like children (weekly inspections (and they nit-pick), forms to fill out if you have guests, make up rules on the fly (no BBQ, wasn't in the lease), couples cannot live together)) -they manage using fear. - do not stick up for staff when customers are rude.
