Pros
The only pro would be you can arrange your own diary but don’t let that full you as you will need to have it open 6/7 days a week but only get paid for 5. You will be answering calls emails etc at all hours.
Kontras
Management don’t care about your health or wellbeing as long as ur making them money! Long working hours need to be available all the time, you get calls and texts at 10pm at night. Pay is extremely low and you will have to take money out your own pocket for petrol & business insurance. Mileage is very low only 25p a mile and takes about 6 weeks to get back. Micromanaged by people that have no clue!! Very poor training Unrealistic targets and little to no reward Clients get very frustrated and speak to you like dirt because of how Purplebricks run there system and just take there money, which is not the employees fault as there just trying there best with no communication and dealing with 20+ other clients.
