Because people don't answer if they don't recognize the number. * No door knocking - No one answers in LA. * Not spending $$$ on Z*llow leads (that are rarely "hot"). * Not spending $$ on mailers

Convincing some customers that there is no "catch." That PurpleBricks IS FULL-SERVICE even though they don't charge 6% commission like the like old-fashioned brokerages. Still, I close 50% of the listings I attend (7-8 per month).
