Got a bit of training and found almost everyone I worked with to be very friendly and supportive

Not always the best management, they didn't pay staff enough. They require new hires to have degrees but still pay minimum wage, I think that's a mistake.

Relaxed atmosphere, lots of autonomy in managing work load.
