They have a good office

Here come the cons. The top management is an issue. An employee got laid off with immediate effect with no severance pay. And when an employee couldn't serve her notice period in the probation, they didn't pay her anything. Nothing communicated at all. When she asked for her salary, they told her you've not served your notice period so it won't be credited. The first instance? Not legal. The second instance? Legal but shameful. No company does it. Coming to the work-life balance, I'm working 10.5 hours on average. Yes, there's coffee and the office vibe is good, but we're made to work like slaves. There's one woman in the leadership group who keeps shouting. Sorry but she's a psycho.

- Good brands - Competitive salary - Hybrid mode of work - Menstrual leaves & birthday leave

Kontras

- Layoffs in teams after projects are gone, no job security - Poor appraisals after company got sold to Genesis - No cultural events anymore after company got sold either, basically all work and no play - Once you take leave, they won't let you take leaves again anytime soon as they will constantly guilt trip you that you took 3-4 days leave 3 months ago so now no leaves for you

Management practices are highly reactive, with work regularly being dumped on employees without proper planning or support. Growth opportunities are virtually non-existent, and senior leadership appears to tolerate, or even encourage, toxic management behavior instead of prioritizing a healthy work culture.
