Worst Company Experience in My Career – PureSoftware - Senior Software Engineer bei PureSoftware: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I joined PureSoftware 2 years ago, and it has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional work experiences of my career. The company follows a **hire-and-fire culture**. The moment your project ends, they ask you to resign the *same day* under something they call “garden leave.” This basically means: * You must resign immediately on the day your project finishes. * You must return all company assets the same day. * After that, they keep you officially employed for 2 months but **you are expected to manage everything on your personal laptop**, because they take back your company device. This is the most unprofessional practice I’ve ever seen. **Management is shockingly poor.** Most managers don’t know how to talk in a corporate environment. Professionalism is missing at almost every level. Decisions are abrupt, communication is unclear, and employees are treated as if the company is doing them a favour. Many people in leadership roles are **incompetent and lack even basic people-management skills**. Employees here are often treated like **low-wage labour**, not skilled professionals. There is no respect, no stability, and absolutely no consideration for employees’ careers or mental well-being. Recently, Happiest Minds acquired PureSoftware, and I honestly expected things to improve. But I’m shocked to see that **even after the acquisition, none of the toxic policies or unprofessional behaviours have changed**. The same instability, same mismanagement, and the same lack of employee care continue. Overall, PureSoftware is extremely unstable, unprofessional, and stressful. I would strongly NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and respectful work environment.
