Pros
1. My superior offers flexibility as long as I produce and fulfill my tasks 2. Discretionary year-end bonus to reward employees' efforts 3. Weekly payroll 4. Senior management works side-by-side with their respective teams; no egos or VIP treatment This is a young company that has grown tremendously in the last five years. New professional talent has been coming in to help it grow further. I've worked closely with old and new employees, including Univision alumni and others recruited elsewhere, and there is a lot of talent and professionalism here. No, it's not perfect, but name one company that is... Both of the negative reviews I see here are from disgruntled employees who, clearly, were not a good fit for the company and demanded immediate benefits when they had either just started, or were working through a recruiting agency. If you're willing to work hard and are not a clock-watcher you will earn your keep and grow professionally, here or elsewhere. If you are an entitled twenty-something that wants to be a boss or set your own hours right out of college, you will make a career out of writing bad reviews on Glassdoor. It's that simple.
