Pros

I don't think that working for an unethical company has any pros. When the people at the top are bad, everything is worse.

Like other reviewers, I also want to highlight how terrible the leadership is. I have quit this awful workplace for months, and still, my F&F is pending. These horrible people lie blatantly about making substantial changes, but do poor job of it. I don't think they are as financially strong as they claim. Maybe the government should look into their fraudulent activities.

The company presents itself as an AI coding agent for legacy systems, claiming to help clients manage and modernize .NET, Java, and C++ codebases.

- The work environment is unbearable, filled with fear and exhaustion. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, leaving no trace of work-life balance. - Anyone who dares to speak up or question unfair treatment is shown the door without hesitation. - Leadership rules through intimidation, teaching everyone to stay silent and compliant rather than address problems. - Team relationships are poisoned by blame and mistrust. People throw each other under the bus just to survive, and no one cares who gets destroyed in the process. - Appreciation is nonexistent. Going above and beyond is met with indifference, as if hard work means nothing.
