The “company” looks completely disorganised and not interested to make a change. No training available at the start, it looks like the word “onboarding” does not have a meaning here. Salaries and benefits are poor, considering the long hours and late evenings required. Company is not keen on retaining and engaging with their workforce, that’s why the turnover is really high. Generally speaking, Senior Management and VPs are not interested at all of the workforce development.
