      Always busy, some great staff, charity work, opportunities

      No work life balance, feels 247. Business model puts incredible pressure on management. Constant revolving door of staff. Good ones go to self employed bad ones can't afford to stay.

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
