In all my time with this business, I have been fully supported at every step. Where many businesses would have easily stood me down due to issues outside of work, Purdicom stood by me, fully and actively supportive. Their vision is clear with a large focus on employees being key to success. It is a hungry business and, at times, demanding the most you can give it, though, with every effort, Purdicom rewards in bounds. Through good benefits both in package (Motivosity, Healthcare, Pension, Bonus schemes) and on premise (they have a Cafe, pool table, lush coffee machines, air cleaners, oh, and their very own gym!), no request is ignored when it comes to allowing it's employees all they need to give their very best. The MD is a visionary, I can honestly say at the age of 48 and done everything from sweeping car plants to buying £m's of equipment, I have never worked for someone so inspirational. A man who is wholly comfortable and interested in everyone, from every walk of life. The Senior Team are clear in direction, supportive of their own and their peers' departments, allowing for a great business environment.

This is not the best place for a person to join who doesn't want to do any more than the bare minimum or rest on their broom handle. Being in a rural location really does mean a 4x4 is a good option. That said, many employees are always prepared to support and help out.
