Benefits are okay. Some coworkers are good. Company cars are available to use for home visits.

Management is not great. A flexible schedule is advertised but that’s not the case at all. Telework is not allowed even though it could be a huge perk for the job if it were allowed. The pay is low, very low! High caseload, 38-43 cases per case manager. The job is supposed to be salaried but you have to clock in/out, which is NOT a salaried job. Technology could be better. Training needs to be better. No career growth opportunities.
