Pros
Most areas of production are faster paced, most supervisors welcome any/all questions... Most work is simple, with access to step-by-step instructions provided via stationed computers... Music with One ear bud is allowed on production floor, and an overhead buzzer goes off for facility wide breaks... Refrigerators are provided for employee lunches/drinks, there is also a vending machine that has some drinks/food items at decent prices, (for example- soda is $1) and you have the option to use a debit/credit card...
Kontras
A Lot of standing, only a handful of sitting positions- in some production lines, you may be standing and waiting for the next piece to be finished by the previous person... Some production supervisors can be short when asked to reinstruct an employee, it could just be that they deal with a lot of temp workers, but it can be off-putting... They only give two 10min and one 30min break, and the building is so large that you may spend a large portion of your break just getting to the restrooms- and lockers are only provided for full-time/non temp workers, so if you have to wear a jacket or bring an umbrella, you have to get creative on storage during your production...
