Pros

Coworkers are the only reason most people stay and put up with the abuse. There was a time when Puratos cared about their employees (or at least they were much better at faking it).

Kontras

The management team does not care about employees or morale. They only care about the bottom line and making sure they get their bonuses. Long term employees are not valued at all.

People genuinely care about each other, strong focus on employee health and wellbeing. Transparent pay practices, genuine desire to empower employees and help people grow in their careers

Good Salary and good benefits

Kontras

Main reason for leaving was management was extremely difficult to work for. Micro-managing, unsupportive, and could be very mean. Instant anxiety and dread wake up to go to work every morning.
