Pros
Benefit package is really pretty good. The overall company potential is high, if you can see past the current "growing pains". They are working on a complete 180 with their technology (PulseCloud) and those big changes are never easy. Have some faith in the product and you will succeed. If you show up and do your job well, you will enjoy working at Pulse.
Kontras
Pay is decent for the most part, but management needs to try harder at getting their employees at a fair salary. There is not a lot of support from upper management, so if they would LISTEN to their employees better, things would run much smoother in the company.
