      Pros

      I am happy at Pulse Advertising, because I like the people I get to work with, both at the company and on the client side. There is an expectation for very good work, as we want to deliver the best product in the market and that is what I want too.

      Kontras

      We could be more aligned across the team in regard to effort and ownership, not everything shares responsibilities and workload evenly. I feel that management is addressing that more and more.

      Pros

      Liebte es, am Puls zu arbeiten (#pulsepower). . Tolles Team mit vielen Gleichgesinnten, während ich dort war, haben wir auch nach der Arbeit zusammen rumgehangen. Sie lernen wirklich viel in kurzer Zeit.

      Kann manchmal etwas hektisch und unorganisiert werden, aber nicht mehr als bei jedem anderen Startup
