They generally hire good personalities in the UK office

Don’t work at this company if you have long term goals. There upper management is not trained well or equipped to manage stress, HR is not empathetic at all and rarely gives you the benefit of the doubt. Your growth will be stifled by short term thinking, long processes which should be streamlined and inability to communicate. The churn rate of employees is high because if you have a different opinion your value within the company goes down. They breed yes man culture. They also believe everyone is replaceable and will let you know when you stick up for yourself.

Pros

Liebte es, am Puls zu arbeiten (#pulsepower). . Tolles Team mit vielen Gleichgesinnten, während ich dort war, haben wir auch nach der Arbeit zusammen rumgehangen. Sie lernen wirklich viel in kurzer Zeit.
