Used to be a good company.

Many..Talk with any ex-employee who have left the company in 2024 to 2025. No proper management. Anyone can be put under PIP for no reason. Unfair salary deductions. No proper work guidance by seniors. New HR is good but still HR policies need to change. Extremely bad working conditions and pressure. Clients leaving one by one. New business model total failure.

We do not recognise the characterisation presented in this review. PIP is not issued “for no reason.” It is tied to measurable performance gaps and documented benchmarks. Salary deductions are a last measure for employees who ignore multiple attendance and leave policy violation corrections and advisories, which are transparently communicated at the time of joining. They are applied uniformly, not selectively. Training is provided, followed by 3–4 warnings and counselling. Only then is this final measure taken, and only when uninformed leaves or late coming beyond a reasonable grace period continue without correction. Management structures, reporting lines, and review systems are in place. Where individuals expect unstructured flexibility or a stroll‑in, stroll‑out approach, our model may feel rigid. It is designed for accountability. The industry has gone through a structural reset in 2024–2025. Client shifts and business model evolution are part of that transition. Given that we have seen growth, we are inclined to believe we are on a broadly correct trajectory, despite your assessment. Our move toward AI‑integrated systems is deliberate and aligned with where the market is heading. We agree with one thing: employees matter. So do standards. Our focus remains on building a disciplined, future‑ready organization where performance and contribution are clear, measurable, and rewarded.
