I gained many skills that will be applicable to other biotech/pharmaceuticals. Work from home capability when schedule allowed, great health insurance fully covered by employer, competitive salaries, other perks like lunch provided once a week and fun events.

Felt a little blindsided by layoffs after being reassured repeatedly that the company was in a good place and that there was runway well into the future. Otherwise the management was usually very transparent about funding and the big picture.
