I loved working here. The management was very personalized, and all my coworkers were extremely friendly and willing to mentor. I gained many skills that will be applicable to other biotech/pharmaceuticals. Work from home capability when schedule allowed, great health insurance fully covered by employer, competitive salaries, other perks like lunch provided once a week and fun events.

Felt a little blindsided by layoffs after being reassured repeatedly that the company was in a good place and that there was runway well into the future. Otherwise the management was usually very transparent about funding and the big picture.

Leadership believe in strong employee development and creating a employee centric environment

Always on the edge of science and success which can be stressful.
