      Pula is a great place for people with special skills. If you have the power to say anything in front of HR and to kick out the people this is the place. People feel really good immediately after joining Pula. Pula really takes care of your mental and emotional health. Pula rewards you if you have attractive performance.

      They immediately give you job if you are rude and unprofessional. Some things feel haunted in Pula.

      You will get to work with some very talented people and learn from them

      Toxic culture and internal politics. No sustainability in terms of career and Pula hires and fires commercial people quite frequently. Weak HR policy and employees aren't protected against harassment and bullying. No other benefits apart from the consultancy fees.
