- arrongant leaders. They call it results-orientedness though. - when they say we are results-oriented, what they really mean is give us results regardless of context. And btw, our results goal point will shift and you will be fired if you don't meet the new goal point we didn't communicate. - You will be shouted at at least once every 10 days by senior management (read co-founders) if you work directly with them.

You will get to work with some very talented people and learn from them

Kontras

Toxic culture and internal politics. No sustainability in terms of career and Pula hires and fires commercial people quite frequently. Weak HR policy and employees aren't protected against harassment and bullying. No other benefits apart from the consultancy fees.
