Dog friendly. A small number of reasonably intelligent people, although it’s painful to see their talents squandered at what is essentially a production sweatshop.

The creative department is an absolute joke. The reporting structure makes no sense, and as a result, there is no logical path for development. Upper management consists of mostly tired, jaded types that have been there far too long and have no interest in giving anyone other than their select favorites the opportunity to advance or work on something other than resizing banner ads. Clique culture runs rampant, but if you bring it up, you’ll be attacked. Overall, this place gives off a creepy vibe. You’d think the fact that there are a lot of creatives that have been there a while would mean it’s a great place to work, but you’d be wrong. This place is a production sweatshop with little to no actual creative opportunity. If you’re looking to add to your portfolio, move on. You won’t be doing that here. The hours are grueling, management models VERY poor behavior (no work/life balance, coming to work sick, working weekend after weekend, open hostility toward anyone who dares attempt to lead a balanced life, etc.) This all trickles down to the underlings, thus creating a toxic, stifling work environment where the only people who get rewarded are those who subscribe to the idea that “Busy” is an appropriate answer when someone asks “How are you?” TLDR: It’s the worst parts of agency life without the slick, shiny work to show for it. Nothing to see or do here, unless you want to put an end to your creative career. Move along.
