So viel Mikromanagement, dass kein Mitarbeiter einen angenehmen Alltag hat, viele Faktoren spielen in den Vertragsabschluss hinein, sehr kalter Vertriebsansatz

- Management don’t lead by example - Heavily KPI driven (unrealistic) - Poor support - Minimal training - Egotistical environment - Constant micromanaging - Poor staff retention - Ridiculous hours - Management turn up to work hours late & don’t follow dress code they force us to follow - Bullying - Unethical - Very easy to lose your job (due to their unrealistic requirements) - Unreliable instructions (One person tells you one thing, someone else another) - They prioritise themselves over everything. Cigarette breaks are more important than helping their employees. - You will have no social life whatsoever Awful company, wouldn’t recommend.
