- Colleagues were kind and willing to help with any questions - Recognised my own skill level as an intern, and treated me accordingly - Relaxed and friendly atmosphere - Smaller company, so ability to receive some exposure to various aspects of the business - Flexibility in working hours and occasional time off to attend university events etc - I had to opportunity for some valuable site experience

I have no real Cons for the company itself, but rather during a short internship you: - May not get to see many/any projects go from start to completion - May not get to go out on site - May find a decent portion of your time being spent learning the ins and outs of, at times, frustrating engineering software - May find some quieter periods where the work, which you can do as an intern, is hard to come by
