Outdated management - Product Manager bei Protech Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The website of Protech Systems is located in the USA, but I am working the headquarter in Taiwan. Colleagues are friendly, competition is less than that of other companies, and you don't have extended working hours very often.

Most managers are too conservative to change. We don't have a scientific method to build product specification and a clear work process to perform projects. Therefore, we encounter same issues in different projects again and again. Even though there are some new methods/work processes that can prevent such issues, managers are reluctant to change. By the way, when you work here raising your salary is almost impossible, even though you work here for 3 years.

Protech System is a great company filled with friendly people. They trained me and honed my skills in researching market segments for Industrial Computers. The head of the US branch of Protech is also a carry, who's very capable and understands how to perform the jobs of every position in the company.

Other then the fact that the pay is entry level (for an entry level job), there's nothing bad I can say about the company.
