Prospect Equities has the friendliest staff I've ever worked with. Everyone there is prompt in returning phone calls/texts/emails and Gabby the front desk receptionist is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. You can really tell by the people they hire for salaried positions are well vetted. They seem to only hire people with great customer service skills. I was hired by Prospect Equities to be a new leasing agent, first time ever in the field, not sure what to expect but Tim at the Chicago office was really thorough explaining what I can expect from the industry and how The PE team can provide support. The Owner Rich, is a fountain of knowledge and you can tell he takes his work very seriously because the advice he gives, and the almost immediate responses I received to questions via text or email are all centered around being a better agent and how to grow the most in the real estate industry.

The only draw backs I can say about this company is that it's been around since 2000 and because it has the feeling of still growing a few kinks with formal training and mentoring could be ironed out since they seem to hire both new and experienced people to the industry.
