Pros

They give back to employees and make sure everyone feels appreciated. They offer a competitive compensation plan and have no problem rewarding hard work. Promotes from within. Owners and management team are very approachable and family oriented.

Kontras

No real cons, it’s a great company to work for.

Pros

I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

Pros

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

Kontras

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
