      schedule flexibility, i dont really think there are any other pros

      Kontras

      they do not provide the equipment, you wont be able to see your efforts reflected in your payments, b2b calls, sensitive scenarios, no benefits nor insurance

      Pros

      Work whenever you want, and its what you make out of it.

      Kontras

      Not working all the time, sometimes theres minutes without work and youre waiting for the next call. No benefits IT take a while to reply to issues, one time i never got paid for a long call cause no one replied.
