The owners are real people who care deeply about their employees. Great benefits even being a small business. No micro management. Centrally located. Company vehicles provided.

Not a title driven company so might be a negative for some.

Nice customer site (secure facility) with some fantastic people, great for walking. Humorous and helpful support (AZ site).

Below standard pay. HR was too eager to hire after only a 30-minute interview, should have figured something was up. The only other IT person left after I was there barely four months, left to run the entire site solo for over two. Horrible medical (i.e. vision covers only a yearly eye exam). Employees (we're contractors) are apathetic to IT because of chronically poor performance and subsequently low expectations. I worked extra and uncompensated hours (12+ per week) to keep everything running but trying to make a positive influence here is a fool's errand.
