Pros

The people as individuals are great.

Kontras

Communication. Lack of consistency. Lack of process. Average benefits. Must fulfill entire year of work before holidays ( per Alberta Labour Laws, NOT in line with the industry standard) No civic holidays, only federal stats. No personal days. Not a lot of flexibility.

We agree that the people on our team are great! We can ensure that all our standards abide by the Alberta labour laws, including vacation; part-time or hourly employees are entitled to vacation pay after one year of employment. Unfortunately flexibility can be tied to facility workload, but we are sorry to hear that you weren't able to take personal days, we try to be flexible and allow a balanced work life - your comments have been noted and passed along. Good starting pay. Ok if you’re young.

Kontras

If you’re an older person don’t expect promotions.youngsters get promotions quickly. I never got one in almost 5 years.
