Truth - GTCS Analyst bei Prometric: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I am not sure about other team's but the team I am a part of, its manager is too toxic, he thinks he owns everything, creating new process & guidelines every week then discarding them after a month, not sure how he became a Manager, neither I see academically or skill wise qualified nor he has communication skill, he don't even know how to talk to someone.
