If you ever forget how to complete a task or just need a quick refresher, there are step by step POP guides you can easily reference, which makes things much more manageable day to day. They are also very focused on giving back to the neighborhood, with volunteer opportunities happening throughout the year. It creates a strong sense of purpose beyond just the day to day work. Another thing that stands out is staffing. Teams are typically well supported, which helps prevent burnout and allows everyone to stay balanced and set up for success.
