The management don’t know how to manage staff. - American office micromanages the EMEA team, which means if you want anything signed off you have to wait a week for them to reply. - you have other people dictating your earning potential - not enough account managers to deal with the number of targeted opportunities, so everything is cherry picked and left to last minute - high turnover of AM’s means opportunities aren’t worked and end up back into the hands of the BDR’s to re-qualify (without being paid again of course) - they conveniently didn’t pay any of the EMEA team commission one month, and then proceeded to drag their heels in sorting it for some of the team - no respect from senior management in the office, who like to lord their power over new starters - high turnover business as well, some of the largest accounts say they know Prometheus, but have no idea who to talk to at Prometheus as they are sold to then dropped - incredible amount of hassle to sign off opportunities to earn commission, there’s a monthly cut off period cause they have to have several meetings to decide who gets paid and who doesn’t. - opportunities are signed off for your target; but they won’t pay it to you until they’ve signed it off (some meetings delayed till last days of the month, so no time to correct if they want it fixing) - there’s no flexibility in working, so you have to work long hours and rarely get to WFH I left of my own accord, you should not join here.
