Great experience, truly tested as a professional, great way to challenge your skills and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills

Poor management from the top down. Leadership runs from an emotional standpoint, and make decisions based on who they like or dislike. Lots of backdoor dealings, you have to know who to ask/how to submit requests to even be considered for raises (end of year, raises happen Feb/March time frame, but they deliberate in January).
