No talent within the internal management team. Everyone now protecting their own position to the detriment of the business. The board have failed for a second time to put in place the quality of leadership required in the MD/General Manager position. Such a pity. Promed had huge potential and has unfortunately turned good people bad and lost any of the talent it had.
