They are like most of the good consulting companies in the market and they do everything possible to get project for their consultants. They helped me get project as Network Engineer in 2 weeks after i joined them. I relatively felt much better if i compare my experience with previous consulting company in Dallas, where i waited for project almost 6 months. They have better admin support when compared to others and able to give better services for its employees.. provide remote training and on-the-job support, which helped me deliver at client site, when i got project
