Interesting work if it's brand new to you. Decent management. Decent pay for work.

Work is easy to pick up and gets old fast.

The flexibility to choose which jobs I want to take and any perm to hire position gives you the chance to try out the job, the company culture and the coworkers before you commit

The pay is lower as a temp, but this company offers benefits. I chose not to sign up for them, however, as I get fairly good benefits through another job I have.
